We are pleased to announce the MassCUE and M.A.S.S. 2015 Annual Technology Conference, co-sponsored by the Massachusetts Computer Using Educators (MassCUE) and the Massachusetts Association of School Superintendents (M.A.S.S.). Both organizations recognize the benefits of a collaborative partnership that focuses on the collective interests of our school districts.  We will be providing educators from across the Commonwealth with exciting and innovative ways to enhance teaching and learning with technology.

Are you delivering 1:1 & BYOD initiatives? Great! We all recognize that technology is an all-encompassing and progressive educational enabler. However… Is your Mobile Strategy Secure? How does BYOD & Social Media use impact your Acceptable Technology Usage Policy? Do they impact your bandwidth? Is Cyber Bullying an Issue on Campus? And what about SSL and Anonymous Proxies? Are your tech savvy students bypassing your web filter? Discuss how safeguarding students and creating responsible e-citizens for the future is a fine balance between, guidance, education and off course technology. Bob Walton, ITO, Worcester Public School will also join Bloxx to discuss filtering challenges in the education environment as well as how he is working with Bloxx to filter BYOD users, effectively manage SSL traffic and eradicate anonymous proxies.
