Sign up or log in to save this to your schedule and see who's attending!

As mobile technology in the classroom advances and your school moves towards a more interactive learning environment, determining an efficient and effective technology strategy can be a difficult task. During this interactive session, you will hear how one School did just that. By successfully aligning technology with the way their School delivers curriculum they have ensured long-term success. Lisa Roe, Director of IT, at Bristol-Plymouth Regional Technical School will discuss how by virtualizing desktops and servers they were able to rapidly provision new desktops, ensure a consistent experience for all students and faculty, improve security and reduce the cost of managing desktops. We will discuss how to integrate many devices to enhance the delivery of your curriculum, how to manage a few hundred devices versus a few thousand and what options make the most sense, based on your unique environment. Attendees will be invited to share their stories of how their schools are addressing similar situations and will leave with a clear understanding of how to implement, manage and integrate devices to ensure long-term success.
